2/2/10: With all of the attention to H1N1 this year, we want to remind you that the seasonal flu vaccine is equally important! This year, we have a shortage of seasonal flu vaccine for children 3 years and older, but we still have a good supply of seasonal flu vaccine for children under 3.

Infants and young children are especially suseptible to flu complications, so it's very important to protect them. The seasonal flu has not started to circulate yet, but is expected any time now. Typically, seasonal influenza circulates in February, but can continue into March or even later.
