Insurance can be terribly confusing. See our “insurance” section on this website for some help. If you want further help in understanding your policy, feel free to call.

Questions about your account.

This is what most people call our office about. When you call, you will speak with an account representative. If your situation is difficult or confused, you may be transferred to our Director of Business Services, Flora Ioasa, who has decades of experience with medical billing.

Issues with your account that seem unable to be resolved.

Sometimes despite our best efforts patients feel that they have not been served completely and well. For these instances we have established a Patient Advocate. The advocate's email address is advocate@baysidemedical.com. . This position is outside the regular Business Office, and the person filling this role has the capacity to take cases up the chain of command.
